Our entire team and technicians are in-house and onshore. We deliver outstanding customer and technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AIROS currently services over 330 healthcare facilities across 18 states and is made up of over 23,000 individual users and healthcare providers.

From Kodiak Systems to AIROS
The first incarnation of our company was founded in 2000 as a front runner in the emerging VirtualDesktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. The ever-evolving landscape of information technology across the healthcare industry provided us with continuous opportunities to deliver the newest and most comprehensive technology assets available to the healthcare provider.
Our teams encountered every conceivable challenge in bringing to market a service that was robust, scalable, and could adapt to the constant changes experienced in the industry with regard to personnel organization and IT needs. We accomplished this mission by developing and implementing the knowledge, processes, and proprietary software solutions where needed to fill gaps in areas like Identity and Access Management where existing options lacked the functionality to meet the challenges of the day.
Over twenty years later, our teams are still evolving our practices and offerings to adapt to new demands and threats and to overcome all obstacles to the efficient and effective application of quality healthcare for our clients and partners.
In 2017 several of our largest customers, recognizing the unique value we brought to their multi-state, acute care delivery organizations, banded together and became our largest investors. The vision we share is to leverage our twenty-plus years of experience in healthcare to continually evolve and incorporate the best technologies available to meet the needs of healthcare delivery organizations.
To mark this change in our organization and our everlasting commitment to outstanding service, Kodiak Systems has been renamed AIROS. Our 22 years of exceptional quality and reputation continue as we continue to evolve as a team, a company, and leaders. AIROS will excel as your partner in meeting your objectives.

= AIROS = PartnerAIROS comes from the Greek word εταίρος (etairos), which means partner. More than simply a service provider, we are a partner; thoroughly invested in your success and in your delivery of care.
The Caret
The caret (^) in lieu of the “A” is a homage to the chevrons of military rank insignia worn on the uniforms of members of our Armed Services. This represents the high percentage of our nation’s Veterans that receive care from our customers. Our Emblem
The colors in the “O” of our logo represent the scrubs worn by those serving on the front lines of healthcare; pink, blue, and green. The virtual embrace that the three colors depict symbolizes the synergy of the efforts of the providers in caring for our most vulnerable. The Text
The silver color of our text signifies the geriatric population which makes up a significant percentage of those served by those whom we serve. We are here to provide the resources and tools necessary to ensure that our nation’s grandfathers and grandmothers are afforded the highest level of care by our customer/partner facilities. The Caret

We aligned our outreach and contribution efforts to support three primary organizations we identified through due diligence we feel best represents our most passionate causes.
We take our commitments to these organizations and their respective missions seriously. We endeavor to assist them through yearly fundraising, staff participation in events, and helping increase awareness of their excellent work.
